Camp Employment

Saint Andrew’s Camps have been lucky enough to have a fantastic team of counselors that have stayed with us year after year. Summer camp employment offers an opportunity for individuals, especially students or young adults, to work in a dynamic and engaging environment during the summer months. These jobs often include roles such as camp counselors, activity specialists, lifeguards, or administrative staff, all of which contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for campers. Working at a summer camp involves responsibilities like supervising children, leading recreational activities, teaching skills, ensuring camper safety, and fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

It’s a rewarding experience that helps build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, while also forming lasting friendships and enjoying the outdoors.
